NICS Purpose/Aims
Purpose:
To support General Practice to continue to provide great care across North West Surrey.
Aims:
1. To support the GP practices of North West Surrey, enabling them to work at scale and to be sustainable in the long term. We aim to deliver high quality, innovative patient services that complement those provided by the patient’s own practice.
2. To provide a system leadership role for the GP Practices of North West Surrey. Giving a voice to GP Practices and influencing future strategic and operational decision making to the benefit of our workforce and the patients we serve.
