Your feedback is important to us. We are keen to hear about your experience of using the services of North West Surrey Integrated Care Services. We welcome your views on what we are doing well and how we can improve.

Whilst all our staff aim to provide the best possible treatment and care, if you are unhappy with the service you have received, it is important that you let us know so that we have the opportunity to put it right. It is also encouraging for our staff to know when we are doing things well.

Where possible,  we would encourage patients/visitors to speak to staff at the time of any incident. This may enable us to rectify the problem straight away.

If you raise a complaint or concern, we will:

  • Establish the full circumstances of your concerns
  • Make arrangements for you to discuss the problem with us
  • Identify what we could do to prevent the problem occurring again
