The line is open Monday – Friday 08.00 – 17.00, if there is no answer please leave a message. This line will support all Acute Illness Clinic locations.

This number is for queries/support for the following criteria:

  • Acute Illness Clinics
  • Phlebotomy
  • First Contact Physio (FCP)
  • Wound Care
  • Referrals
  • Cancellations

Please note NICS admin cannot book/change/rebook patient appointments, all  bookings and changes to appointments must be made via the GP Practice.

Please use this number rather than using the Acute Illness Clinic patient line, as this is used for patient arrivals to clinics only.

 

Ashford Hub

Ashford Hospital – GP Acute Illness Clinic at Ashford Hospital, London Road, TW15 3AA. 

 On arrival please turn RIGHT at the mini roundabout (before the main patient car park) Park in the marked bays BEFORE the Nursery drop off spaces on the LEFT. If marked bays are full, please park in Tesco Car Park. Please DO NOT park in Nursery drop off or private parking opposite or you may receive a parking fine.

Chertsey Hub

St Peter’s Hospital – Acute Illness Clinic in St Peters Hospital, KT16 0PZ. As you drive into the Visitors (Hazel) car park via entrance 2, bear left and you will see a single storey building labelled “GP ACUTE ILLNESS”. That is our entrance. Please wait in your car and call 01932726780 to confirm your arrival. Please watch the video

Arriving
from the main entrance on Guildford Rd:

Please go straight over the roundabout and
turn left after the bend. As you go over the humps you will see the car park on
the right. Please use the second entrance towards the top of the car park and
park on the left or in one of our designated bays straight on and left.

Arriving
from the back entrance on Holloway Hill:

Please go straight and follow the road round
to the right. The car park entrance is the first entrance on the left please
then park on the left or in one of our designated bays straight on and left.

You may also park at any of the carparks below
and walk to the Acute Illness Clinic which is marked AIC (and UTC) on the map
below.

Please be aware that you may need to pay for
parking. Please allow yourself plenty of time before your appointment to find parking. 

Woking Hub

Woking Community Hospital – GP Acute Illness Clinic at Woking Community Hospital, Heathside Road, Woking,GU22 7HS. 

Parking: Parking is available in the Hospital Patient and Visitor Car Park. Alternative car parking can be found at Heathside Crescent car park (approximately 0.2 miles away), which is a short (5 minutes) walk from the hospital

On arrival please enter via the Walk In Centre main entrance, turn left and the Acute Illness Clinic is on the right, signposted. Any problems, please call the team on 01932 503 614.
