St Peter’s Hospital – Acute Illness Clinic in St Peters Hospital, KT16 0PZ. As you drive into the Hazel car park via entrance 2, bear left and you will see a single storey building labelled “GP ACUTE ILLNESS”. That is our entrance. On arrival turn LEFT and follow the road round to the right where parking is available, this is signposted (GP ACUTE ILLNESS CLINIC). Please call 01932 726110 to let the team know you have arrived.
