Central Surrey Health (CSH) is responsible for the delivery of community health care services within North West Services. The quality of those community services has a direct impact on patient care and GP work load. NICs has regular reviews with CSH to explore how Primary Care and Community Care can work more closely together to improve overall healthcare provision. Additionally, Primary Care gives feedback to CSH on the state of current community services and where any gaps may be identified.
