Respiratory Service

The NICS Respiratory Service includes Spirometry and FeNO diagnostic tests, including interpretation of results. Both Spirometry and FeNO tests are offered to patients aged 5 years and over. NICS Respiratory Service clinics are based within the GP Acute Illness Clinics at Woking, St Peters Hospital and Ashford Hospital as well as Shepperton Surgery, Hersham Surgery and Fort House Surgery in Walton.

Ashford Hub

Ashford Hospital – GP Acute Illness Clinic at Ashford Hospital, London Road, TW15 3AA

 On arrival please turn RIGHT at the mini roundabout (before the main patient car park) Park in the marked bays BEFORE the Nursery drop off spaces on the LEFT

If you are more than ten minutes late, we may have to turn you away and refer you back to your registered GP practice

 

St Peter's Hospital Hub

St Peter’s Hospital – Acute Illness Clinic in St Peters Hospital, KT16 0PZ. As you drive into the Visitors (Hazel) car park via entrance 2, bear left and you will see a single storey building labelled “GP ACUTE ILLNESS”. That is our entrance. Please wait in your car and call 01932726780 to confirm your arrival. Please watch the video

Arriving
from the main entrance on Guildford Rd:

Please go straight over the roundabout and
turn left after the bend. As you go over the humps you will see the car park on
the right. Please use the second entrance towards the top of the car park and
park on the left or in one of our designated bays straight on and left.

Arriving
from the back entrance on Holloway Hill:

Please go straight and follow the road round
to the right. The car park entrance is the first entrance on the left please
then park on the left or in one of our designated bays straight on and left.

You may also park at any of the carparks below
and walk to the Acute Illness Clinic which is marked AIC (and UTC) on the map
below.

On occasion, there are parking difficulties at St Peter’s Hospital, so please allow extra time when planning your journey. Please note, you will have to pay for parking. If you are more than ten minutes late, we may have to turn you away and refer you back to your registered GP practice

Woking Hub

Woking Community Hospital – Woking Community Hospital, Heathside Road, Woking, GU22 7HS. Please enter the hospital via the Walk-In-Centre entrance, TURN RIGHT and take a seat in the waiting room. The clinician will call you as soon as they are ready to see you.

On occasion, there are parking difficulties at Woking Community Hospital, so please allow for extra time when planning your journey. If you are more than ten minutes late, we may have to turn you away and refer you back to your registered GP practice

Fort House Surgery

Rodney Road, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, KT12 3LD. Upon arrival please report to reception.

Hersham Surgery
