Our Strategy

GP Federations provide GP services at-scale, where it is more efficient or effective than providing the same service within individual practices, and also provide innovative new services to enhance patient care across the system.
NICS deliver services through local practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and support this work by an infrastructure covering governance, finance and HR.
As a not-for-profit entity NICS is committed to reinvesting surplus funds back into primary care delivery.
We are well placed and well experienced in working collaboratively to facilitate strong and sustainable out of hospital care, in partnership with our PCNs, and by working as a wider network of Surrey GP Federations in the form of Surrey Primary Care.
